DecorAI Terms of Service
Welcome to DecorAI – AI Interior Design. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form the agreement between you and DecorAI for use of the AI interior design app on iPhone, Android, and the web at app.decoraihome.com. By downloading or using DecorAI, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who Can Use DecorAI
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use DecorAI. If you're using DecorAI on behalf of a business — for example, an Airbnb listing or a real-estate refresh — you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for that business.
2. Your Account
You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including keeping your password and sign-in credentials secure. Please let us know right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
To keep DecorAI a kind, useful place for AI room design ideas, you agree not to:
- Upload photos that contain other people's personal information without their permission.
- Upload illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI interior design app or its models.
- Resell DecorAI access or scrape AI room makeover outputs at industrial scale.
- Use DecorAI to mislead anyone — for example, presenting AI-generated rooms as real photos in a way that defrauds buyers, tenants or guests.
4. Your Content
You keep ownership of the room photos you upload. You grant DecorAI a limited license to process those photos in order to deliver the AI interior design service you asked for, and to improve the app where you've consented. We don't sell your photos and we don't use them to train third-party models.
5. AI-Generated Designs
AI-generated interior design results are produced by machine learning models. They are intended for visual inspiration and early-stage planning. They are not architectural drawings, engineering plans, contractor instructions or building-code certifications. For structural renovation, electrical, plumbing, permits or complex interior projects, you should consult qualified professionals.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
DecorAI offers free features and optional in-app subscriptions for higher-resolution renders, more styles and faster generation. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their billing terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your App Store or Google Play settings.
7. Refunds
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. Where local law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, those rights apply in full.
8. Intellectual Property
The DecorAI app, brand, designs, code, and AI prompts are owned by DecorAI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the app except as permitted by these Terms. Feedback you send us may be used to improve DecorAI without compensation.
9. Third-Party Services
DecorAI relies on third-party services (Apple, Google, AI image-generation providers, cloud hosting). We do our best to choose reliable partners, but we don't control those services and their availability may affect DecorAI from time to time.
10. Disclaimers
DecorAI is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI interior design results can vary based on the room photo, lighting, layout, selected style and prompt.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, DecorAI's total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 50 — whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or lost data.
12. Termination
You can stop using DecorAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the AI interior design app in a way that creates legal or security risk. On termination, the sections that should reasonably survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of DecorAI after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Where you have mandatory rights under your local consumer law, those rights apply in full.
